Thank you so much I will try it I have the same printer it works with difficulty It prints one paper but stops printing and it displays a repeated message on the computer as follows: Jam in cartridge area (Check to make sure the rear door with the green handle is closed. This may resolve the issue. If the message remains, open the front door, remove any jammed paper and then close the door.) I'm sure there is no paper jammed but I open the front door many times till the printer responds and it prints then the same problem repeats all the time What do you think I should do

Sir my printer is picking 2 or more papers at same time and got them jammed Also During doual print , 1 side is printed and when go back to printer for other side to print it got jammed. This always happens any solution plz. Printer hp 2055d

Rotate the drum with hands and then insert cartridge again and check

Clean the feeder rollers, throw some anti carbon spray on paper sensors.

My 3 2035 printer shows load paper problem while I have replaced sensor,pickup roller,tray,solonoid but same problem persist
paper tray #2 problem. Try tray 1 and check

Picking 2 papers at the same time is because of humidity in papers. Insert dry papers in the tray
Use Dry papers. Your papers seems wet
