I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for this video! My latest EP is FINALLY sounding like it was meant to in my head. Everything had sounded fuzzy with a lack of clarity until I stumbled across this video. Not only is the plugin fantastic and a great recommendation, the treatment of the tone afterwards has really given my new songs some energy and some real punch. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your ideas, it has really helped me achieve the results I was after. Cheers!
I have this amp sim but I never use it on guitars. It's too high gain for me. The main thing I've used it for is a cool distorted effect on vocals. It can give you Strokes-style vocals, or you can blend it in in parallel to add texture and energy.
Yeah I did have to bring the gain down and I feel like I’m always doing that with amp sims! It’s why I love Archetype Nolly from Neural so much as you can bring the gain well down on the crunch amp and it sounds incredible! What’s your go to?
Haven’t used it for years but I’ve worked on tones that bands have sent me from Amplitube and they’re great! The fact that you can change the speaker in the amps kinda blows my mind!

Good Job bro! thanks again for the help! legend!
Thanks dude for both comments! Really glad the videos are helping!
Let’s talk about those drums !!
Haha! Any questions, fire away!
They sound incredible. Is it a VST?
Кстати правда отличный перегруз. В меру классический, и в меру модерн. Подойдёт вобще для всех концепций поп-панка👍
That’s cool! Do you use it yourself?
@@TerryBeckleyRecording no, haven't tried it yet. But I want. I usually use ML Sound Roots or Neural Dsp Nolly)
How do I access the plugin ?
This dude could get a decent pop punk tone from a car tire
Haha thanks dude!!
What’s your thought on amplitube for recording?
