When I set up my own tent I first insert the poles then I do one corner then do the opposite corner like one line of the x then the other 2 opposite corners it evenly spread the tent out
When I try out a tent I’ve never used, I don’t bother reading directions. Whenever I pinch the corners in first, I end up with sleeves instead of clips. I prefer to just fight it so y’all can laugh at me. 😂😄
I really appreciate your review, I'm interested in this tent. I don't think the site you linked for the tent is legitimate, though. I think Walmart is the only retailer for Ozark Trail products, and this tent is still $80 through them. Still doesn't seem like a bad deal though. Thanks again.
I ordered a second one and checkout was a breeze but it hasn’t come in yet. Rechecked it and it did look a bit sketchy so I’ve pulled the link down until I get my tent.

Don't care what people say but any tent that is that cheap is worth the price even if it lasts only one trip.
