"The song is about a guy who becomes a loner and spends his time away from society. He more and more embraces the fact that he won’t be able to go back to his old life that dissolves slowly. He starts to have a new perspective on what happiness means to him now and what it meant to him before. In his own loner-empire there is no pressure and judgement anymore and it’s totally fine to be dysfunctional and useless. We see him finding joy in the small and quiet things happening around him. As our debut album was written and recorded deep in the pandemic we could connect to such a character"
