Just for context, Jessi is Korean-American artist, who moved to SK when she was ~15-16y and debuted as a vocalist, however really struggled and almost giving up music before she blew up in SK around 2014 after she appeared on a show unpretty rapstar, however she still struggled bcos of her unconventional attitude and was constantly pigeonholed into being a rapper without promotion from her prev agency. She did however gain more mainstream success after signing with Psy, with hits like "Nunu Nana", "WTOX", "Cold blooded" and "Zoom". However she ended up leaving PNation 'cos while she gained success she still felt like she didn't have the creative freedom to produce songs esp vocal songs, amongst other things.

Please check out her live performances, she is always so much more "Alive" in during live performances esp. MAMA performance of "Nunu Nana" + "Gang" (which she performed with HWasa) and another "Nunu Nana". Feat Jackson Wang (this performance literally has it's own fanbase). Dingo Killing voice is also a realyl good example of her Live performance. 😊
