That was definitely Delta at the end, making the whistle note, not Kelly 😊. The camera work throws you off, but Delta is off-screen as she hits that last note. Great performances all around, though.
There's actually an older performance of Destiny's Child performing Emotions(don't know if it's still on TH-cam), but they're in concert and Beyonce was a little horse; Kelly ended up doing the high note at the climax in her place and sustains the note. Kelly ends that note and to hear her come back in with the high falsetto!!! Sounds like both female voices are blended on said note as well. But the piercing voice we hear is Mrs. Rowland At first I too thought it was delta only because we don't typically hear Kelly up there like that. Now I know she can get up there, but typically she doesn't go into outer space like she can.
