Refilwe residents still rely on tankers for water

The community of Refilwe in the City of Tshwane is one of many struggling with water shortages. The community relies on water tankers despite having a R79 million reservoir at their doorstep. Residents say they were promised that the newly built reservoir would end their water problems, but not much has changed since the project was completed.
