This helps watching someone else do it! I can do most of this (without any elegance) till the end, where your legs slide around into “crow.” By then my form crumbles and the following vinyasa is a little weak.😄
@5:35 "take 5 breaths here-1-2--3-4-5" lol. Usually you say okay 5 breaths, 1....2....then you start talking and I can't hold on anymore. I love your videos. Doing these hip openers for sore muscles from rollerskating half a day yesterday. it is 11:45 PM.

The hardest part in this posture for me is getting my arms high enough in bakasana to create momentum to jump back. I usually just end up dropping one leg at a time and chaturanga. There's no hop action right now. Any tips, teacher? Thank you for all your guidance.
