The floating island nation from the past with advanced weapons is probably a call out to Sonic games. The V shown in Victory Slash is the V from the Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory title.

Rei lost her powers as a goddess for most of Victory because she killed any of her people that complained about her. Croire attempted to tell her not to do it. When her powers were pretty much almost gone, Croire took what was remaining and abandoned Rei. This same power is what allows Croire to teleport. This leads to the events of Neptunia Victory. Ultimately, she got her powers back and went to Planeptune in the Hyperdimension. This is where the enemy known as CPU Rei Rights met her end. As of now, the activist for the Seven Sages is all that remains of Rei Rights. Tari was Atari I think Rei was supposed to be the Atari 2600.
Share is like a power without it you can't transform or summon your weapon and there share core when they use it to transform get well broken from an anti shard then they aren't a CPU forever what I mean is they won't transform when they're share core is broken like rei
Not to mention Tari's downfall being called the Great Crash, of all things. A nice little reference to the Video Game Crash of 83. (I think it was 83, anyway.)
