It comes with a ko3s they can handle about 260bhp with 300 foot pounds on stock internals you’ll need
    single pass intercooler
    Air filter
    Bam injectors
Need a bigger exhaust ideally trackslag down pipe with a miltech cat back
And the usual deletes Sai, n249, n112
Don’t need better clutch but when it goes get a g60 clutch and vr6 fly wheel will make loads of difference
boost gauge ideally and battery relocation

Dude. I’ve owned my little polo gti for 13 years. I had some other rides in between.. this is the one I won’t sell... like the old golf gti. Light, agile, raw...the newer VW are audi’s. Fat, comfortable and heavy. You said it. The polo, It is a gokart...

Hey mate, Im looking at turbo upgrades, I've had a look at forums everywhere but, just wondering what would you consider... Some people say k03, k04, t3, t4... I want something with decent power and torque that is responsive and pulls through the rev range. I also want to run this setup on stock internals. Im aiming at 260Hp (180-200kw) maximum and maybe 260-280 ftpounds of torque (350-400Nm)... Sorry for the conversion I'm from Australia so I'm in kw and nm.
    Cheers, love the video

      Wow..... first.... hello mate haha.
Yeah well i got now with the stock internals about 230 hp (not tested tough). I realy don't know what turbo you should have. But i need to make this very clear!!!! On this set up it already has to much power for the clutch it goes right trough in 5th gear when i give some gas. The rpm goes up but the speed does not! So consider this is you want even more hp! You said you want stock internals but i am affraid this is impossible or you have to replace the clutch for a raceclutch. Regarding the turbo i have no idea of what you should use.... sorry.... but i have seen golfs that run on a k04 turbo with insane amount of power but and here we go again the internals are most definitly not stock. So think about the internals...... if it was me..... i would change the clutch to a race one then get a k04 turbo and go to the tuner for perfect settings.... but this is not my advise because i know to little about it. Ask a chiptuner they should know if they do not change tuner. I recconmend JDEngineering in holland they write their own software and can also give you advise for your turbo question. Thanks for watching my video!

Dutch Mike Yeah Im not gonna lie I saw that coming... How much power would you consider running with a heavier clutch (not race) and stock internals?

Myself? In a car that small and light... i would just do a stage 1 tuning so that woul be around 210 230 hp and heavy clutch.... but hey do what you want to do. Just because you cant find anything about it does not mean its impossible. I just recconmend a lot of testing.
