Just want to add to your awesome video, I think impregnable defense (tank talent tree) is awesome, especially in PvP. Tanks are a close combat infantry unit, going in and out of battle is normal. So every time when you enter battle move out, enter battle move out it keeps having that 5% def. Correct me if i'm wrong.
I suggest going Bakhar primary for Garrison instead, Garwood is too useful in so many other contents to limit him to garrison only (unless you're a big whale and have tons of other useful heroes, ofc, then yes, will be best garrison captain when realm VS. realm comes).

That's a very good pair and the healing will be insane. use the talent tree with the most healing.

But the 80 healing. Isn’t that too small? Or does it get multiplied by the size of the legion?
Should we promote our t2 to t3 first or directly train t3 first and leave t2 as it is?
If you dont have a full march, continue training more troops. Do the upgrades later or save it for Day 1 strongest lord points.
Only convert when you unlock t4
Does Indis hp bonus talent work if she’s a deputy
All skills will work but her talent tree will not work as a deputy

Who should i make primary bakhar or garwood?
Despends on what you're using them for. Most of the time Gar/Nika or Nika/Gar will be a better choice.
I dont agree with 5% extra healing for garwood, if he heal 2000 , 5% will be only 100 so 2100 , not noticed
The five percent will be added to the total healing percentage from his skills before the calculation.
