In his defence he is here everyday for our boy from 10-7 give or take. She makes his life very hard and complains constantly. She would like him to completely abandon us. I also have an autoimmune disease that causes pain. I think meditation would definitely help… on the upside since he left I have lost a hell of a lot of weight and got fit through swimming.
