    I have this bag, using it for several months now. It's great but my only gripe is that the shoulder straps should've been wider like the one that they used with the system work pack. It bugs me that when the pack is full, the strap digs onto your chest since the strap is not so wide. When you use it as side carry, the strap falls off your shoulder since the strap is not wide and the padding has no grip.

      Hi, I'm wondering if the two small webbing straps are still doing well? I just received mine today and the stitches are already torn off.

      Also the attachments are both on the back of the bag. Does it not also fall away from you when held on your shoulder?

    Great video Aaron! I got my bag a few months ago, I actually went to Tokyo with it 😂 and it’s a fantastic bag. The water bottle holder is just awesome, and you can keep it completely covered if the bottle is not very big. The bag distills quality and is very comfortable to take around and in planes, it fits perfectly underneath the seats or beside you, very good bag, love it!

    Wow, that actually looks like a lovely bag! Pity that messengers (I've had a few) just hurt my back after a while, despite being 5'8" only. They do look stylish and especially this one.
    Thanks, Aaron, for using the millilitres! You really do listen to fans!
    Cheers, Chris

    Another great review Aaron, acutally I've seen the video in the past, but did not comment then, but right now as I purchased Bellroy system messenger bag, which is quite sililar to Tokyo work bag I decided to give my toughts. I must say I dig it more system messenger bag because of used magnets for opening/closing main compartment. Inside/outside not lot of a difference, maybe beside luggage pass through solution. I dig more and more Bellroy products, even more then other backpacks/bags made out of x-pac material.
    Can't wait to see final version of your backpack!

    Bellroy makes handsome and high quality bags for sure, but they tend to overstate their liter capacity. I have the 30l travel workpack it isn’t 30l, fits way less than my patagonia blackhole 26l.
    Nonetheless still a great bag

    Can a yeti rambler water bottle fit in the drink holder section? Alternatively, what water bottle is used in the video (I can google the specs/diameter to get an idea)? Thanks

    • @Nomads.Nation
      @Nomads.Nation  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I don't have a Yeti Rambler so I can't say for sure. The water bottle used in this video is out of stock (we've since started using more popular water bottles for our reviews) but I just measured it for you - it's 3 inches wide and 8 inches tall. Hope that helps!

    • @SebastianFlox-xv5ox
      @SebastianFlox-xv5ox 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks, that’s super helpful. I have the 18oz rambler, which measures 3” wide and 10” high… same width as your bottle so should go in comfortably; however, the height may be an issue. I guess it could stick out partially.
      Cheers, great video by the way… I keep coming back to this review! It’s been helpful to watch and re-watch.

    I was happy to buy this bag - and thank you for your excellent review Aaron. But you were a bit too charitable. There is no way on earth that the capacity of this bag is 20 litres. It's too easy for manufacturers to make claims about capacity.
