Dispose the material and bring the plastic home just like anyother ton of plastic we carry to the mountains.. as simple as that.. Warmers can be life saving sometimes.. take a few you wont regret it

Update: been to yamunotri, Gangotri - Gaumukh, badrinath, kedarnath and Tungnath where temperatures reached -7deg.. without warmies it would have been very difficult to stay in comfort inspite of having a top quality down jacket from the US.. Don't listen to these advices.. I used warmies extensively and got the used warmies and covers as well to Hyderabad.. They helped me stay warm for 8 hours at a time which is incredible for their size and functionality..

Warmers are perfectly safe. I used it in my skiing trip to gulmarg. have used both on skin and on top of first layer. U can always not carry protein bar, chips etc to save on non-decomposable waste n carry this instead 😒

Warmers still carried by many professional hikers around the globe. It is life saving. Saves you from extreme cold conditions. Sorry to say, hiking and trekking is experience related to exercise or pleasure with walk around the beautiful environment. It is not save the planet initiative. Nowadays most hikers do bring the waste back to home and get rid of it organically. So please, if you are creating awareness do let us know alternatives, because as far as I remember body warmer fabrics lasts shorter and are not suitable for some cold conditions.

We never throw plastic from our home and always give it to companies that make petrol out of it or something else. Instead of advising on how to reuse or destroy plastic, you are advising against a life saving option. Really bad video IMHO.
