My best effective personal bulking tips learned after 13 years: 1) home made mass gainer shakes (peanutbutter, oats, full milk, full culinairy cream, iced fruit, protein, icecream,...) 2) full cottage cheese with fruit and protein powder before bed 3) add oil, mayo, culinairy cream or (cheddar) cheese with meals 4) take creatine 5) sleep well and manage stress
1. JUST start measuring your calorie intake. 2. Light AF breakfast (don't satiate yourself early) 3. Protein powder before sleep (keep the most satiating stuff for later) Did I miss any other important point?
yeah really long video for 2 simple points, the first one is kinda useless you basically need to eat more but everyone knows this and that's the hardest part. Dit it even mention more meals a day?
Eat 4 eggs daily and if possible make a fruit smoothie 3 times a week should gain 4kg in about 2 months. Depending on you height, age and metabolism you should be able to reach 60-65kg before hitting a wall. Also make the smoothies with milk and if you can add protein shakes. Thats how I did it when I was 14 in highschool.
When it comes to breakfast, I always wait til im at work to eat some pre packaged oatmeal at around 8:30. The sugar in the oatmeal helps kickstart my appetite and oatmeal is a body building staple for most in general.
With the help of good food and muscle memory, I went from 148lb to 163lb within a few months. Hopefully 170 by end of the year. Drink chocolate milk (lactaid to prevent bloating.)
if tomorow my scale shows me less than 62.5 i'm gonna crack the objective higher to 3,000 kcal daily average. if not, i will do harder exercises. Gosh, is hard to get 1 pund a year.
I think its impossible for me to gain weight i stayed the same weight for 3 years like how the fuck ? I wasn't even dieting i was eating anything anytime i feel like it i got lean and really muscular but i cannot for the life of me gain any more weight and i dont know why idk is it my metabolism or am i just burning so many calories because i use my muscles all day every day and it drains my energy so my body turns to fat for energy idk im really just brainstorming now i could use some advice
Thanks for the video! As part of the 1 in 5, advice on bulking is sparse, and I'm tired of seeing meal recipes with an emphasis on Low Calories. I'm 6'3 so I need all the calories!
Pretty good idea. If you have trouble with overfilled stomach or intestines, then liquids like milk also aren't going to keep your belly "full" for very long.
I vehemently disagree about calories vs macros The impact on your body each of the macro has matters just as much as the total number of calories consumed. Hunger levels, resting metabolic rate, and muscle protein synthesis among many other factors are dramatically affected by the distribution of your macros
No. Creatine is just an extra bit help, not a requirement. You can build an incredible physique without ever touching a single scoop of creatine. I recommend getting your calories and protein intake in order and only then looking into creatine.
@@eldersun5110 thankyou so much bro, im losing hope because i thought that taking a creatine is necessary to build a great physique. since I'm not allowing myself to take a creatine because i have a history about my kidney before
Not the healthiest way to get your calories but if you really struggle.. it’s an option. In college, when started taking lifting more seriously, I was also playing basketball and had 2+ hours of practice 6 days per week, plus other activity.. I used weight gained and force fed myself to eat about 5k calories per day as a roughly 130-140 lb slim guy. I put on a lot of muscle, taking advantage of the newbie gains, but if you’ve been training for a while and already built up your muscle, that high an excess will likely just get you fat especially if you aren’t doing crazy cardio like I was.
Mate right now I need to do the opposite 💀. But fair play for making this video, feel like it’s one of the least talked about things in the fitness world
Cant understand how people need advice on that. I've been eating everything in sight since I started weightlifting. Heavy movements kinda force me to eat more.
Guys, my strategy is to not count oil, fruits and snacks. It doesn’t help me gain weight, but at least I did not lose too much this summer. (I am a part of those that can’t eat when it’s hot)
@@StiekemeHenk i do understand that some people have hard time putting on weight or have low appetite, but i am one of the oppesite, i have a hard time getting rid of weight, so this video is definitely not for me xD

I graduated from HS at 112 pounds, had to build up to 115 in order to get into the military. Tried to increase my calories, but apparently it wasn't enough to do the trick. Downed about a gallon of water the day of my weigh in, and it got me to 117, back down to 114 by the time I got to the base. But I was already in, and by the end of basic I was up to 116. I Need to eat a lot to gain and missing any meal means I will lose weight by the next day. It was a fight to get to the 160 I am now after starting at 144.

I like carnation high protein packets, vitamins and minerals also. Mixes in a second with a milk frother.

This actually doesn't describe the video at all. Surplus is obvious since it said gain weight. That wasn't even one of the steps.
