The two legends of British boxing are seen sharing a ring in which they held an emotional heart-to-heart about their respective fights against bipolar disorder.

What fantastic guy frank bruno is he used to come down at old sports centre in Harlow every year as president of handicap people driving van and he picked up my best friends son who had measle virus attacking his brain taking care of him what a beautiful fantastic man he is
I Love both of these guys. Both are great inspirations for anyone with mental health issues.
Frank looks great and one of the nicest guys in boxing. He had a problem and he’s trying to give back to others with the same troubles.
And Fury is just a fine example of what a true champion is, a beast who’s also articulate and introspective. Good luck champ!
Angling being out in nature keeps my anxiety and depression, like tyson says at bay ....something to think about for people that suffer with injuries

I love big Frank he is a true British hero he is a gentleman .
What I like about Frank Bruno in terms of mental health advocacy is that he doesn't talk about himself/ self/ self. He talks about mental ill health being a part of all peoples lives and talks about how it can happening to anyone. My view of Tyson Fury improved tenfold when I knew about how he had overcome his mental health battles, but Bruno is the pioneer here. Bruno set the precedent. Bruno's advocacy comes from the heart and his will to help others.
Been watching boxing for almost 35 years from what I can remember love Frank, and follow Tyson , and suffered myself with issues on the mend, train hard now 3 - 4 times a week keep me head down at work and you both an inspiration.

Frank is a true great. The saddest thing I saw was when he said about not calling him an uncle tom, he deserved so much more respect than that. Fury and Frank represent the best of us, they won't be fully appreciated until they're gone

Bruno didn't get a word in until about 2.50 for 30 seconds before Fury carried on talking his head off.
That was good but Fury talks so much he didn't let Frank speak at all!
Before public performances Frank inhales the opposite kind to regular helium: Giant's Helium. His regular voice is surprisingly not dissimilar to a 15 year old boy.

Tyson has recently said it doesn’t take money to live his life and it can be achieved on £10,000 a year.
If that’s true I’ll take his money and give him £10,000 a year to live on.
