Downtown Fort Worth’s hidden theater

A friend who lived in the electric building back in 2003 brought a ladder into the electric building's parking garage. There was a small hole in the wall in the ceiling. We climbed up the ladder and into the ceiling. Once you pulled yourself up there was an old wooden door. You open the wooden door and it leads you into the old theater. Pretty cool and eerie. There was a group of about 15 of us. Never will forget it.

I live here now..the garage had a lot of beautiful ceiling work. Unfortunately it is slowly crumbling now..where in the garage is this spot???

My aunt used to manage it and I've done the same. Crazy to think how long it's been.

that’s nuts. my friend used to live there ages ago. we found the hole in the ceiling as well but i couldn’t prop myself up so i didn’t get to explore. my friends went in and explored the entire theatre. i lucked out. wish i could’ve gone with them because the description of what they saw was crazy fun!!!
