Tenho uma que ainda está na garantia e vaza água deade poucos meses de uso. Já foi recolhida duas vezes para conserto e não resolvem o problema. Estou muito insatisfeita com a assistência técnica.

Com isso auxiliaremos com testes que resolvem a maioria dos problemas, e caso não surta efeito, verificaremos demais opções para melhor atender. This machine has issues. I bought and frother was not forming so I started discaling. There after the machine never started.it just stays in discaling mode. Just got machine one week ago through Amazon.. As being in kenya they done have office or sales. For me it's being a waste.

Please contact the machine vendor or the machine producer to obtain assistance. Machine bought through Amazon have no warranty as it might be an already used one. Have a great day.
Купили примерно год назад , молоко не взбивает до пенки , явно проблема с этим , не получается приготовить латте , не советую покупать 😢 деньги в пустую
Bought one six months ago great coffee. But the making of the milk not so good. On a level of 3 out of 10. It's works OK sometimes and then does not work. Not too good for a machine that cost $700.

I feel like they should automatically give this machine to anyone who owns the lattissima one as a replacement because the milk frother on the one doesn't work...🤷🏽♀️
