    What I like about this is that unlike the others this one actually has high bpm music that won't make you fall asleep while at the same time having soothing tones that won't distract you while reading.
    Absolutely the best thing to listen to for people with adhd.

    To everyone who's studying with this music:
    Checklist:
    • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
    • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
    • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
    • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
    • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨
    •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈
    Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
    You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. 📖
    I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight

      I have inattentive type 1 ADHD and I can't stand Lo-fi lol. It's recommended all the time, but NO. I also have depression so that may effect it as well.

    I'm in medical school preparing for my board exam in a month. I get distracted quite easily and rely on study music to get me through my material. A lot of study music is too calming and puts me to sleep. This is the first video I listened to that actually helps me maintain focus throughout the day. Thank you so much!

      ​@@miggroup5557 it's common for people with ADHD to actually need constant background stimulation to focus on a single task for a long period of time. Think of it like white noise that a lot of people like to fall asleep to. This type of upbeat music is good for people with ADHD because it creates this white noise effect and help then concentrate on a single task for longer periods. Even then it's best for people with ADHD to structure their work in shorter sessions instead of trying to do one thing for 4 hours. You don't want the sessions to be so short that you become inefficient by constantly switching your focus. This can be accomplished by picking 3 main things you want to accomplish throughout the day and working on them "simultaneously". By simultaneous I mean about 30 to 45 minutes at a time then switch to the next thing. I find I switch between them more fluidly, sometimes every 15 minutes or as an idea for one of the tasks pops into my head. If I don't immediately act on it I will either forget it or I will not be able to focus on what I was initially working on as I will have this constant nagging of this other idea and my thought will constantly drift back to that instead of what I am working on.

    My go to background noise for studying. No lyrics, cool and down to earth beats, not too repetitive. Along with other things I do for concentration, this is perfect!
    I don’t have adhd tho. Just a big procrastinator.

    Before I found this video, I was a loser and failed at everything in life. Now, thanks to this video, I'm a winner and succeed at everything in life. I have managed to finish 3 bachelor degrees and 5 apprenticeships within the last 2 weeks, I have turned my whole life around and have gained 30kg in muscle mass, won a nobel prize, bought three mansions and 15 cars and am currently sitting in a spaceship since I also became an Astronaut.

      Though I have not tried this music to help me focus yet. I like it because, do long as I stay out of the comments, I can fall asleep in about 15 min on days when my mind would otherwise take about an hour to wind down. Also helps me stay asleep then too.

      I love this song and it has been my go to for years in my class and during my work time when I really need to focus without interruptions and jarring distractions from my flow. One commercial at the start I can work with but when I am putting forth exceptional effort on a difficult task it can be really derailing to have the commercials. I love this mix the very best with its predictable upbeat rhythm now to high (anxiety inducing or too that it feels dark and low vibe. I actually feel just past 42 min into this track is my favorite. If this particular track could be offered again without commercials or one at 42 minutes in at the start of me getting into my work flow it would be most appreciated. I had to stop using this during my elementary art classes because of the number of commercials in one 40 min work session. T

    I didn't know i had adhd or difficulty with focus. From past few months I have been worried about my sight being blurred and laziness i do while doing anything even to switch off the bulb of my room. Right now its 12:45 AM after listening to this music my mind is clearer than ever.

    I kid you not it works! Every time I have a test and I have procrastinated to no end and I have to cram in several chapters the night before, this gets me to finally focus. I tried it for when I want to attempt bursts of focus (when not procrastinating). I feel totally exhausted by the end of it but it's worth it. Even when I have chronic fatigue this oddly does it for me.

    First time listening to this. I'm using my noise cancelling headphones and put this on...I've been working for about 45 minutes and haven't gotten distracted. I usually can't stay focused on school related work for too long. I've been dancing in my seat while I work the whole time. lol It's helping me focus but making me want to dance at the same time. I'm just vibing with the music. Other study music videos I've tried have just made me sleepy.

    please never delete this! i've been unable to focus for hours so I've put things off, becoming a master procrastinator, but when my anxiety builds up due to deadlines, I discovered this and am actually able to be productive now, thank you a lot!

    This is literally what keeps me going. I don't know why but this particular music really gets me focused far better than anything else. I listen to this every time I have to write essays and then I can't stop writing afterwards lol

    Just here to parrot what's already been said - these are the absolute best tracks for my ADHD brain when trying to get some work done. They're all fantastic, but this one in particular is my favorite. I've tried so many others that bore me to sleep (or are so abstract and uninteresting, my mind still wanders), so these are much appreciated. Thank you, thank you.

    I have to write about 30,000 words in the next 3 days in order to meet my deadlines, and OFC ADHD made me push it all until the last possible second again. With this, I can actually calm my brain enough to stay focused, confident and committed to my work. If I actually manage to get through these next couple days and get everything done in time, I'm gonna owe it all to this video.

    I'm really loving this track for coding. It provides a steady beat without (for me) any real feeling of great urgency or need to rush, just an overarching flow to it that helps me stay on task and mentally ordered. Don't know how to describe it really but this has become a go-to background track for any cerebral work.

    Found myself humming up-tempo beats while studying. Decided to search “upbeat study music” on TH-cam. This ain’t quite AS upbeat as what I was humming, however, I have enjoyed it thus far (37min) and begun to fall into the rhythm. This is the first time I have been able to read/focus while listening to music.

    I think I heard a baby's heartbeat on one of the tracks and that got me to thinking how cool it would be to be a music artist and record your own child's heartbeat in your music as a beat..and now I'm distracted again...damn ADHD...back to the music and my work. Great mix!

    I love these while I work in a cubicle around many others -they help majorly to keep me focused without distracting me (often with other music, I start to sing along or listen. With this, I just bop my head and soldier on!!!!
