Ingredients : 2 cups whole green moong 4-5 green chillies (or according to ur taste) Curry leaves 5-6 cloves 7-8 pepper corns 2 tbspn coriander seeds 3-4 dry red chillies 1 cup fresh grated coconut Lemon size tamarind 7-8 cashewnuts (add while grinding masala- gives more creamy n sweet taste. This is optional) Haldi pdr Slices of fresh coconut Soaked kajus Jaggery as per taste For seasoning: Oil, mustard seeds, hing (we use shankar chaap hing as it has strong smell) and curry leaves.
May I request you to plz make hirvya vatanyacho roas..its typical traditional one cooked for festive occassions..Is it the same method as safed vatanyacho roas.
