funny story, i accidentally beat delirium as blue baby because i picked up ankh for an extra life as Tainted Issac not thinking about the fact that it resurrects you as Blue Baby, so when i did on delirium I resurrected and beat no hit as blue baby and was so excited that i finally unlocked spin down and then got the message “King Baby Has Appeared in The Basement!” and i scream “god fucking damnit”. i did unlock spindown on my next run tho lol
The giant poo can only be found in the dross. A floor that needs to be unlocked and needs to be gone to to through something special. Questions are wrong

Isaac is indeed alive during the events of the game, but events within media are implied to have occurred in the past. Characters that die within the game’s narrative and don’t come back at any point are considered “currently” dead.
