If MAX Tickle Monster and MAX Professor does 165% Damage Buff to one unit imagine how much it would do if you then used strange slime I have a feeling it could be 200% but with the fact you can stack professors on one unit and the limit is 6 the EXACT Present amount could be WAY higher
When I was testing Professor in the test place before its release, it use to buff towers by 200% in damage, and it had a 8 place limit instead of 6, it was possible to get a shaman to do almost 11k damage and a rrh could be buffed to 25k damage (also he got a drip buff, he had alot less drip before release)
