Yes,we lack PROPER bowlers but we have good bowling options already and players like Bhuvi, Natrajan, Shahbaz will not cost more than 6-7 crores.I think we can afford pace bowlers like bhuvi and nattu easily, one good top order batsman,shahbaz and one finisher under 25 crores, around 10 for bench by scouting(20L type players) and maybe one quality spinner in 10crores
