Hi there. Moved back to Boston to start a career as was just working retail and going out to the dance clubs pretty much 6 nights a week in the Manhattan beach area and downtown LA on weekends lol. Didn’t stay in Boston. I’ve been gone from Boston actually 25 years now. Spent 17 years in the Boca Raton Fla area and we (yes we lol as I met my wife in Fla ) and now the last 8.5 years in the Raleigh and now North of Charlotte NC area. We moved for jobs. I actually met my current best friend the first week in Manhattan Beach who was from Massachusettts as well and we never lost touch all these years. I visit him twice a year. He was actually married to a very nice girl from New Jersey and when they heard I was moving to Fla she said her best friend lived down there. So I called her as moved there with my brother and we didn’t know anyone. My wife is from New Jersey. ( janelle was from nj as well lol ) Fast forward 4 months after moving to Fla we were engaged as I was 36 years old and about a year later married. Have a fantastic son and great life. What I meant when said meet someone like my sister was looking for a nice smart down to earth classy girl who enjoyed fitness , didn’t do drugs or smoked with a good head on their shoulders. Just a Nice girl. When I tried out for the show ( they were actually in a club looking for people and I had just done a best body contest ) and approached our group of guys. The guys all told me to do it. Had to go through some group interviews then one on one. They actually gave me 3 diff girls at first where you watch tapes and their interviews behind the scenes at their Beverly Hills office. They were 3 diff girls. Chose one and picked her up at UCLA where she told me in my car as we headed to Gladstone’s she was just in this for tv time as trying to be an actresss. So called show after and let them know and said could I choose from 3 diff girls as the first 3 all looked like model out of my league types lol so they agreed. Funny I actually looked for Janelle on social media prob 10 years ago lol. Was curious and my wife said it was fine. Wanted to say hello. When we did meet for the date turned out her brother attended Umass and knew guys who knew me lol. I tracked down her mom and called her as could see this was def her mom and spoke to her mom for a while. Very nice lady. Turned out she lived right near my folks down in south fla lol. I left my info and janelle never called me back. Just wanted to say hi. Maybe her husband didn’t like the idea. Her mom was so sweet on the phone. I’m now 60 and still working out 4-5 days just now have a shaved head lol. And our son who is a recent college grad doesn’t understand my accent to this day lol. So again thanks for the kind words. And it came as an unexpectedly, yet it almost seemed as if the message I was feeling was You were writing, and didn't even know why you were sharing what you did. Lol, and perhaps I'm off in that. There was also something about that morning when I woke up that I had this feeling of the ocean and I'd had received a strange call from Florida jyst around that time, so it dod seem strange to me shen I read your message .And it had a strange connection for me as you were telling it and it brought me back to a time about 5 years ago when I was in Colorado and to memories of my time there. So, I had a traveling job, as a Vendor selling alphabet photography (it wasn't mine, but may as well been) at the time and was doing an art show in Loveland. So I booked a stay at an Air BnB in Longmount Colorado. This couple was super cool. Well here's the strangeness that came back because of your reply here. Lol So they had both been originally from New Jersey and at different times ended up moving to California and met one another there. They ended up finding out they both had been raised Catholic, grew up and lived not far from each other, and went to neighboring (or may been the same school with different years apart, can't remember that detail). So somehow their lives intersected when they moved years later to California. And they had both now been divorced but neither had kids. They told their story to me and explained how they parted ways with religion and became more spiritual. At the time it scared me a bit because I was in my own spiritual awakening, but just didn't understand it then. So it gets stranger, they had a guest that was there from New Jersey (who was just leaving) and their new arrival guest, also ended up being from New Jersey. I thought a bit strange. You could say I had a mi-nute connection to New Jersey. I guess it felt more a strange haunting. And it's never really went away.😅 They had a strange hail storm while U was there too. I guess there seems to be the happenings in the weather. Lol So anyhow, it's very unlike me to not Thank someone for a reply like yours. I wanted to, but wasn't even sure what to say, could say I was speechless 🤣And that's NEVER Me. Hahaha. So, I guess at the time, I just wasn't ready to appear or sound as crazy as I do now. But this was in my Love Connections just now. So I thought to revisit and with some whatever I call it, reminders elsewhere, perhaps I thought to give my reply now. That the speechlessness disappeared and I was bold enough to let the crazy 🤪 show lol. Perhaps, I'm just crazy or, the Universe works in mysterious ways. I REMEMBER so much that couple spoke about the Universe, and believing in having saw the signs and sometimes it's just a matter of everything taking time and other events, people, places and players to come together at the precise time. Perhaps, not to unlike flying, when one must make it in time to all their connections and to the gates on time..i guess that's how I see "connections that we make in life" whether in person or virtual, perhaps it's nor meant for us to understand at the time, but rather unfold in time, page by page, just like us being characters and starring in our own storybooks. And the why is beyond our reach, keeping a bit of the mystery for us to keep on turning the page to get to our next chapter. One has to come to it's ending to reach the beginning of the new one.:) One last funny, you happened to be heading to the gym at 3:30am and I was heading to bed.
