I still remember at lol tournament before, they rewind the game when there is a bug that happened at the gold lane and the game ended, but the team complained it and they make the rewind to fix that bug and continue the game at the exact position, gold, items, kills and so on...

Rematch is not a solution for that issue. You are a Pro player, if you lose your cool because of that ghost touch or lag issue then quit being a pro player. For the technical committee, just do your job and respond quickly.
