Hi Elisa!. I would recommend doing some type of physical exercise that will help you release a little energy like : jumping jacks or something like that . Also try doing some warmup exercises like 1 hr before the audition ( If you're auditioning for singing) and finally enjoy it!! you'll have a great time !
interesting points ,if anyone else trying to find out how to sing really good try Megarno Super Singer Magician(do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my buddy got great results with it.

yeah i’m never that nervous until i’m about to start singing and then i get really nervous
