AMAZING! I have been looking for quite a while for even just a decent modern tenor, imagine my excitement on finding such a great voice as this. Bravo!!!
Absolutely brilliant! This is an old, healthy and free way of singing. So sad you are not more popular - nowadays tenors are broadly so disappointing and disseminate a poor way of understanding this art.
Joaquim, thank you very much for your kind words! I don't know if it is sad that I am not more popular... if been more popular means singing non stop, saying yes to any conception, then I am ok as I am! but maybe I am also not so popular because I began quite late to sing this rep, in Brazil, wich saved me from tiring my voice when I wasn't ready. also Today's star system doesn't allow singers to become mature and ready for the spinto and dramatic roles. and this is really sad...
@@tenormartinmuehle Of course, business is business! Maybe it's just how it's meant to be. But live opera is so dissatisfying, most of times. Let us have some hope...
@@tenormartinmuehle complimenti! I totally agree on what You have said. May I add that You had not the opportunity to meet "closer" madame Netrebko Eyvasof!!!
@@tenormartinmuehle Out of curiosity, what roles did you begin your career with? I've noticed that many great spinto/dramatic type tenors often (not always) started with middle Puccini and middle Verdi. Del Monaco and Giacomini debuted as Pinkerton. Cossutta with Alfredo and Rodolfo. Ferraro also Rodolfo.
Absolutely gorgeous singing! But why didn't the conductor let the public applaud after the aria? That's an essential part of opera experience: GREAT FEELINGS! Let the public get the extacy, let them cry and despair with you! Where are the conductors who understood THEATRE?

Wonderful "old school" singing....bravissimo
The best tenor today
I agree
By far!!!
Bravo tenore! Great, thrilling singing rarely heard nowadays.
Fabulous - Martin ... just fabulous., Dan Gabriello., dramatic baritone, artistic director, producer
What a beautiful voice!! Old school singing!! Finalmente!!! Auguri!❤
Extraordinary!!!!❤❤❤❤
Old style of singing! I love it!!! Full and open!
Without a doubt the best Andrea Chenier today!
Grazie maestro 🙏❤
Giordano would be proud.

I do believe there are still great singers out there. It's just that at least here in the U.S. they are not being given the chance to sing.

Best Chenier alive.
Beautiful! Touching! You remind me a bit of Del Monaco, but, evidently, you have your own style and timbre.
Ha, I was thinking Martinucci
Molto bravo, Maestro !

Meraviglioso, canto rotondo, suoni coperti, voce e canto d'altri tempi.

Bravo, Martin! Please sing something at the Bolshoi again!

Please listen to Gigli to conserve your resources.Condctors today appear to be merciless with phrasing left to the winds..
Ein würdiger Nachfolger solcher Größen wie Corelli, Bonisolli und Giacomini.
Bravo.
Can you post your "Nessun Dorma" or your Turandot?

Unfotunately phones do mot show the power of the voice:( Martin’s voice is realy strong anc beautiful live and records show nothing of it

Danke!!! (Bruno)
Strepitoso! I don’t understand why haven’t I heard of this guy before???
ergreifend schön, danke !!!
Laurel K. Gleason Danke Laurel!
German Pavarotti - great!
Brazilian actually
Sounds constricted to me, and there are breath problems. Someone was taunting him as the new Corelli. Don't think so.
But a hell of a lot better than Alagna!
