What'd address is it on market
If the french imagined that it must have been a nightmare. And they have well water.... I stayed at the hotel my wife came from the area..... I never forgot the brown water coming out of the shower. The original locals were nice, but now the taste has gone to pot! The local joke was they couldn't afford to furnish them. You cant buy taste - when that market crashes they won't half have a mess..... Holmdel Spring Lake onwards.... Sorry but it's truth - the locals sold their land and got out. Local Govt put sky high taxes on the whole of NJ - no consideration for fundamentals..... With high interest rates trouble in European markers the instability will destroy areas like Howell Lakewood Fort Monmouth type areas.... The Townships had no foresight that that instability would hit places like Colts Neck first.

Is it weird that I think that's a really great price for a mansion that size. The property taxes is a bit ridiculous
@@pookatim so if that's your dream house and you manage to acquire it with the banks help you still have to find almost $5,000 every month just for property tax to say nothing of operational costs. I think any house like that should come with a solar system
