Janice Karman provides the voices for The Chipettes and Theodore. Ross Bagdasarian Jr. provides the voices for Alvin and Simon. The speed and pitch correction for hearing the real voices is done correctly (E-flat for Janice and B for Ross). Incidentally, Nancy Cartwright provided the voice of the young Arabian Prince in the movie. You can hear a little of Bart Simpson's laugh when the character laughs. Frank Welker (the voice of Freddie Jones in Scooby-Doo since 1969) provided the voices of the dog Sophie, the tribal chief and other additional voices/sound effects.

The one thing that Alvin and his brothers have is experience doing a rock and roll career.
It’s crazy that the parts are in different keys. And they can get them to the same key on speed up

Vocal-wise I think Janice sounds better but Ross Jr. sounds more confident and charismatic, which is perfect for Alvin.

From what i read from another comment, they are properly reverse pitch-shifted, this is probably as good as you can really get.
