Aside of the final revelation (brilliantly revealed before the first words are spoken) this is probably Wingfield’s weakest play. That said he is such a superb craftsman of mysteries that the fact that the first and second revelations are so obvious doesn’t diminish the pleasure. A true master
Brilliant. Loved the twists and turns, especially the ending. Great story, great narrating and lovely humour. Thank you
Very good! Thanks. Quite a twist at the end...
I enjoyed very much. Thanks
RD Wingfield always has brilliant detective inspectors, you can imagine them slowly boxing you in.
Good story. Enjoyed it immensely.
A golden oldie - thank you
Wonderful play! Great twist at the end. Thank you 😊😊
Half way through excellent
Really good one
Marvelous!
Good story and what a twist.
Great story. Good audio
Is the detective from another play? One about a trunk he’s great very Frost like
Ooo clever didnt work all of that one out!
It's unbelievable that a woman would walk at night in the woods, and especially after she had already been followed / threatened!
