No forgiveness and no confession
Now I'm sifting through the cold grey ashes
Looking for Peace in my Redemption
She was my secret and I was a sinner
Had to whisper our confessions
Went to the well and looked in the mirror
Raised a glass to my Redemption
How long till I drink from the Fountain
Redemption
How high till the top of mountain
How long, how long, have I gone
Beyond Redemption
Bullets flying out of nowhere
Reaching out with no exceptions
Now the preacher cries on the TV
Wants my money
And my Redemption
How long till I drink from the Fountain
Redemption
How high to the top of the mountain
How long, how long, have I gone
Beyond Redemption
Save me
Won't somebody save me?
I'm down in the valley
Trying to rise up
Won't somebody

Save me?
No reservation in an empty promise
A hollow wall with no protection
I have to kneel at the Altar
It's the last chance

How long till I drink from the Fountain
Redemption
How high to the top of the mountain
How long, how long, am I gone

My daughter just mentioned that TH-cam music is causing people to give songs the thumbs down so it doesn’t recommend that type of music for them. That could be the only reason why so many people have clicked thumbs down for this amazing performance.
What a wonderful guitar player, and singer. FABULOUS band.
I think i watched this video ten times in a row, those ladies blow my mind more and more every time !!! Joe your awesome, what a great song.
I can't stop playing it. The best tune Iv'e heard in forever. The three women and you sound great together, Awesome!
He can sing the blues like no buddies business. His guitar riffs are killer
You have too give this site a try. Joe is the only one who can give you goosebumps over the smallest of a song you see as nothing.
Just lost my good brother J J, didn't make it out of the darkness.. play this song everyday almost, to honor his blood family
Got to love them 3 beautiful ladys. Genius is not a good enough word for Joe Bonamassa or the band, pure magic.
Badass throwback to the good'ol days when music was still good and listenable. Bravo Joe.
This song is EXCELLENT. Fantastic guitar of course and the 3 ladies doing the backup vocals are also amazing! Nicely put together piece of music.
The difference between a good song and a really great song, is always backing vocals. Always!
What a kick-ass song!
