Gee, I could listen to Adam play all day long. His passion, his creativity, his expressiveness - and his astonishing virtuosity combine for a musically satisfying experience that is virtually unparalleled.
In the pantheon of world-class trumpeters, he holds a unique place, because what he presents is quintessentially Adam Rapa - not Maynard Ferguson, not anyone else.
Oh, he has his influences and inspirations, as do we all, but as you all witnessed with this performance, his performance is his and his alone...and it is very nearly perfect!

I am having a listening session, where I flick through a bunch of Adam's performances, this one feels so open and honest, no judgement and only the present moment matters, thank you Adam. another lesson learned, time to practice it!
