It worked. I've been having issues sleeping and this helped me go from regretting life, the universe, and feeling doom to mostly functional. Had a small "relapse" of tired when it ended but still awake and functional. Keeping this one!!!
In 17 minutes of listening to this, I went from lying in bed feeling anxious and wanting to avoid my day, to up, dressed and picking up around the house. I also have a less gloom-and-doom, happier attitude. Amazing.
I just started school today and I’m totally fine with it - because of you and your amazing channel. Thank you for making good grades possible and eliminating ALL depression and discouragement 😸
Have had low energy after a very stressful and physically demanding week at work, needing to get back to my school work and this made my morning so impressively better. Feel so refreshed
Once again, i listened this audio for 5 minutes, i think this dont help me... When he told me, 4 hours had passed and I didn't need coffee, so I went straight to listen to the audio again, I drank a lot of coffee, and leaving it for 3 hours was unthinkable for me, now it's been 10 hours and I don't even feel like it, millions Thank you, I will follow your channel forever :)
This is amazing. I just discovered your channel yesterday and used a theta video to get ready for bed, and now I get to have this in the morning?! Thank you so much! As someone with adhd, this channel means a lot!!
I Couldnt agree with you more. I also have ADHD and the sleep/energy tracks are so perfect for keeping my brain on track (whether it's work or bedtime) when it wants so desperately to run off the rails.
I use these as a part of my morning ritual as well: after Reiki and Meditation I arise to listen to one of this channels or like channels (specifically love this one and two others) beautifully made songs. I even use these in place of medicine for migraine, sickness and have also switched from my morning coffee to a healthier for me green tea. Grateful, thank you!
Wow. Just. Wow. I was nodding-off after lunch at work (full digestion-mode!) and everywhere is so quiet so it was really difficult to fight the Sandman. Out of desperation I came to TH-cam, remembering Jason had uploaded a video "Wake up without caffeine" I will admit, I scoffed at that title when it first came across my feed because c'mon... it's Caffeine.. right? No joke, 1 minute in and I popped-up from yet another nod and know I'm awake. But _awake_ awake. I feel reinvigorated, more alert! Holy moly. Thank you Jason! Thank you!
This tickles my brain into waking up. Neat! Binaurals or ASMR have never worked for me before. I've been listening to your channel for a while and it does help. Thank you!
Could you one day post the tones without the music? Would be nice. Just a suggestion. There’s plenty of channels that do so, but would he neat to see them on your page. Thanks for everything, brother. You’re doing Gods work.
Wow I was asleep groggy and got no sleep last night was drivin to work this morning and put this on in my EarPods and the feeling is night and day thanks!
I commend you for the work you put out there, it is invaluable. I listened to this track twice and I felt a sense of renewal and wakefulness (no coffee needed). Thank you!
I am correlating this to "church music" playing on a big organ in a cathedral. Very uplifting. Maybe those church and organ builders were on to something after all! Think of sitting in a church listening to this - talk about a sound bath!
Hi. I love your channel. In this case, I prefer to wake up with happy vibes ( like your video: "Upbeat Study Music Deep House Mix" or "Upbeat Study Music Progressive House Mix", I love them.) but this is so relaxing for me that I don´t want to wake up .😊 Greetings from Chile.
I appreciate your feedback. Greetings back to you from the UK. I plan on making more videos in this series, which will include more upbeat tracks. I chose a softer track for this one for people looking for a gradual wake up option. Rest assured, more upbeat tracks will be coming.
I think I hit thumbs down this morning for some stupid fat-thumb mistake 😆, but this is a BIG thumbs up from me. I listen to this every morning at work... It's so good when it's something that doesn't put you to sleep! Thank you, Jason! ❤

Thank you for a vast range of brainwave setting moods that you have created over the years! 🙏 Please tell me more about the science behind it with the duration of the effect. I'll explain my question with an analogy - if I drink coffee too late in the evening, I'm energized until midnight, which sometimes is a problem if I have to wake up earlier the next morning. So, does isotonic music have the same effect. I believe it differs for each individual. But are there suggestions to what are the natural cycles of the mind and how to not disturb them with any boosting substances (like coffee etc.) or isotonic influences? I'm just very sensitive to everything, and believe that in the nowaday setting a majority of people are, too, of course - if they realize it. Thanks in advance to your efforts and reply. Perhaps this topic could also be useful to others in an educational video. Cheers! Madara
Hi Madara, thank you for your appreciation of my work. Unfortunately, I haven't seen a study on how long the effects last after you stop listening. So I'm not aware of any scientific data regarding this. With caffeine, it takes up to an hour for the body to fully absorb it. Then the effects can be felt for 4-6 hours because it's still in your body. People mainly use brainwave entrainment audio like isochronic tones for the short-term benefit, while you are listening to them. Once the music stops, your brainwaves are no longer entrained to the frequency of the tones. If after listening to this you lay down on a bed in a dark room and close your eyes, you would naturally start producing less beta wave activity. You can usually see lower theta wave activity increase just by closing your eyes. You will usually naturally produce less beta and more of the lower alpha and theta activity when close to bedtime. Listening to a beta wave track too close to bedtime; could result in you taking longer to wind down and fall asleep. However, I wouldn't expect it to disrupt your sleep once you get to sleep. As you mentioned, the effects will vary from person to person. So without more data on this, it's hard to be more specific on how close to bedtime you can listen to a beta wave track like this.
This track is not going to be suitable for everyone, as I'm sure some people would prefer a more energetic track to wake up to. I plan to follow up with those types of tracks in the future. I made this one for people that prefer to wake up in a more relaxing way. Instead of jumping up at 100mph straight away, after an alarm etc.

I like it but for me these energizing videos & tones need to be faster & more upbeat. Unless they are just tones of course. Or if I’m not trying to listen to energizing videos & get in that kind of mood. It’s still a good video with nice views & stuff. I listened all the way since it’s my 1st time hearing. But idk if I will for energy again?
I checked out the area you mentioned and I couldn't hear anything out of the ordinary. I also checked out the soundfile and waveform and that all looked ok as well. There is a part or two where the isochoronic tones sound a bit like the track is skipping a little. I think that's probably the part(s) you mean. That's just where the tones are moving up in frequency and it's common for that type of skipping sound to happen during that process.
Thanks for the reply. That could be it. However, it is a sort of artefact that occurs, I'm guessing, because of the oscillator producing the tones is not resetting the phase to zero after each tone, could also happening in the rendering process. So, if a single tone starts (or ends) in the midst of a cycle these clicks occur. This is not to put your work down, I appreciate it very much. In fact, I'm probably about to start writing my bachelors degree in sound design about audio entrainment and the possible uses of it in healthcare. Do you produce the music on top of it too? I'm considering just synthesizing my own tones in Ableton but I'm wondering if there's any downsides to that or if Mind Workstation is just an easy tool for the layman to use... I would love to get in touch and pick your brain about the science behind it and any advice you might have. Would that be possible? Cheers
@@jacobskovsbllknudsen5908 I don't know if you're right or wrong with your assessment regarding the phase not resetting to zero. I haven't come across anything noticeable when zooming into the waveforms on the just tones versions of the tracks. It's a common sound for me to hear on my tones tracks, as it's something I've been use to hearing since I first started listening to isochronic tones tracks that other people have created. Granted though, they will have all been created with the same range of software from Transparent Corp, who made Mind Workstation. So it could be something off in Mind Workstation that you could overcome with using Ableton. Unfortunately, Mind Workstation is no longer available, as they stopped developing it and took it off the market in 2018. I've never used a traditional DAW to create isochronic tones, so I genuinely wouldn't have a clue how to do that in Ableton at this moment in time. I don't produce the original music tracks myself. I license that from lots of different artists and sources, then put together the compilations and add the tones and additional effects in Mind Workstation. I'm always happy to talk to people about what I do and how to use my tracks but I don't actually teach people or advise them on how to create tracks like this for themselves. I really just prefer to focus on creating my own tracks for people to listen to. Especially as I can't teach people exactly how I do it because the software I use to do it isn't available anymore.
@@MindAmend Oh well, it's not something that would really stand out when looking at the waveform. But enough nitpicking, didn't mean to critique the work, was just curios as to wether it was something on my end or if it really was there. It is also a common occurence within synthesis, often times in "regular" music it doesn't stand out though, because it gets masked by other instruments and layers. Hmm, ok, guess I'll find some other software, or make it myself in Ableton. I understand, I'll be doing a ton of research on the subject for the next couple of months. Maybe I'll hit you up with an e-mail some day. Take care :)
Yes, that’s quite common for people to do. Like most things though, different people have different tolerances and reactions to things. So just keep an eye on how you’re feeling, stay hydrated and stop for a break if you start to feel overwhelmed by it.
Hi there. I don’t usually leave negative comments, and this isn’t so much negative but just my personal feedback as to why I don’t love this. The music itself is absolutely gorgeous which I thoroughly enjoyed however there is a sound that comes through the left side intermittently and it sounds like the high pitch whimper of a dog. Not an injured sound but the sound they give you when they are wanting your attention, or locked out of a room to which they want to be in… I find it distracting and also a bit anxiety inducing. I had to take my earbuds out a couple times to check and make sure it wasn’t actually my dog. Then, once I was aware of it, it’s all I could think of :(. For this, I don’t think I will be able to listen again.
Thank you for making your frequency in isochronic rather then binaural beats because Its more comfortable with out headphones.
