Sometimes your story is fun. Sometimes your acting is fun. But, this time I feel like I'm going to cry. You sincere passion and viewers' positive support for you make me teary. At first, the level of yours seemed quite far from me. Actually, I watched a few videos on your channel but soon gave up and tried to find something easier somewhere else. However, I end up coming here, and now I'm watching your videos and studying based on them and memorizing the dialogues almost every day. I'm not pretty sure how much my English skill has improved, but if my skill has improved even a little, I can definitely say I'm enjoying learning English thanks to all the good contents you've been making, editng and uploading faithfully. One more thing I want to say is I've never been painful while watching your videos. It was the most amazing moment when I got to reach this channel a few years ago. I orgarnized all of your lessons in my Evernote and saw those notes everytime I have free time.
I don't have any qualifications to evaluate English content. Plus, I am by no means an advanced level in English. But, I can say your videos on TH-cam are flawless. To me, your video is not contrived and makes me follow it naturally. You show me a different approach to studying English. Your channel is, for all intents and purposes, an education channel. Nevertheless, I am learning not only in English classes but also in terms of lifestyle. I thought your videos were really useful and productive for me but frankly, I didn't think these were 'fun'. After I watched this video, I realized that I didn't enjoy it and I just regarded it as one of educational contents that I need to study. I'm going to give a try but I think it'll take some time until I can feel 'fun' when I study English. 고급 표현이다 보니, 실제 대화에서 쓰기에는 아직은 좀 버겁겠다 느껴지는 표현이 많은 것 같은데 그래도 이 중에 한 두 개 정도는 써보려 노력하고 있다는 사실로 좀 위안을 가지면서 조심스럽게 질문 하나 드린다면, the last thing I expect to V~ 에서 혹시 would expect 로 쓰면 의미가 달라질까요? 예전에 'the last thing I would want to V ~~' 이렇게 배운 적이 있어서 would 조동사 꼭 넣어서 사용하고 있었는데요. 조동사 would는 저에겐 항상 까칠한 친구라서 질문 드려봅니다. P.S. 이번 강의도 감사합니다. 연습 많이 하께요. another P.S. I definitely remember someone saying '재밌다' on the live chatting window one day this month or last month?, not long ago anyway. And the moment I glanced at it, I thought to myself that is exactly why a lot of people are joining the live stream and subscribing the channel. Like the teacher said in this video, the viewer who said it used the word quite loosely and I mostly agree to what he said, but sometimes, I really feel that the live stream is very very fun, very fun to watch, very fun to join the live chat, even to the point where I have to hold back my pee, which someone else said too on the chatting window.

So the last night, I saw a complimentary comment on my post. It said that he/she found my posts quite informative. I know he/she said the word 'informative' quite loosely, but the fact that he/she used the word at all was an amazing compliment. Because let's face it, my post was, for all intents and purposes, about just personal experience. Anyway, I was so touched by the comment because my blog is only meant for sharing my daily life, not professional expertise in any way, shape, or form. Plus, I'm by no means an expert apparentely. So the last thing I expect to hear from someone about my posts is 'informative'. Because I know for a fact that the posts on my blog can get pretty easy and deeply personal, even to the point where it's biased.
The last thing I expext to do is that I participate in this project again. It is, for all intents and purpoaes, not the Finance job. I am by no means planning team manager. I AM Finance manager. So it is not the thing we could handle.
be meant to 대신 to be supposed to를 사용해도 되나요? The content I created is not meant for entertainment대신 The content I created is not supposed to be fun이요! 이렇게 질문하려고 했는데 혼자 곰곰히 생각해보니, is not supposed to be fun이라고 하면 "내가 만든 콘텐츠는 재밌기 위한 것이 아니다! 그러니 보고 웃으면 안된다!"는 느낌이어서 사용하지 않는 것이 좋을 것 같은데 맞는 이유인가요?
네 맞습니다. 가령 엄마가 딸이 직장에 이쁜옷 입고 잘다니라고 말하려고 했는데, "그렇게 짧은 치마를 입고 회사를 가서 어떻게 사무를 보냐" 라고 고함을 질러 딸이 울적이게 만들었을 경우...I am sorry 딸아...you know the last thing I wanted to do was to yell at you 라고 적절하게 말할수 있습니다. It means the mother wanted to tell the daughter to dress more professionally, encourage her to have a productive day at work, get along with her co-workers etc etc...and yelling at her was at the very bottom of the (imaginary) list...it was the last thing on her mind (she wasn't thinking it a all), but she ended up do it.
by the way, don't be too cranky man when you're being questioned about how often your hat is washed. I know you're being tired and sick of this question, but you don't have to keep a straight face to your audience because of this.

I don't have any qualifications to evaluate English content. Plus, I am by no means an advanced level in English.

To me, your video is not contrived and makes me follow it naturally. You show me a different approach to studying English.

I thought your videos were really useful and productive for me but frankly, I didn't think these were 'fun'. After I watched this video, I realized that I didn't enjoy it and I just regarded it as one of educational contents that I need to study. I'm going to give a try but I think it'll take some time until I can feel 'fun' when I study English. the last thing I expect to V~ 에서 혹시 would expect 로 쓰면 의미가 달라질까요? 예전에 'the last thing I would want to V ~~' 이렇게 배운 적이 있어서 would 조동사 꼭 넣어서 사용하고 있었는데요. 조동사 would는 저에겐 항상 까칠한 친구라서 질문 드려봅니다.

another P.S. I definitely remember someone saying '재밌다' on the live chatting window one day this month or last month?, not long ago anyway. And the moment I glanced at it, I thought to myself that is exactly why a lot of people are joining the live stream and subscribing the channel. Like the teacher said in this video, the viewer who said it used the word quite loosely and I mostly agree to what he said, but sometimes, I really feel that the live stream is very very fun, very fun to watch, very fun to join the live chat, even to the point where I have to hold back my pee, which someone else said too on the chatting window.

So the last night, I saw a complimentary comment on my post. It said that he/she found my posts quite informative. I know he/she said the word 'informative' quite loosely, but the fact that he/she used the word at all was an amazing compliment. Because let's face it, my post was, for all intents and purposes, about just personal experience. Anyway, I was so touched by the comment because my blog is only meant for sharing my daily life, not professional expertise in any way, shape, or form. Plus, I'm by no means an expert apparentely. So the last thing I expect to hear from someone about my posts is 'informative'. Because I know for a fact that the posts on my blog can get pretty easy and deeply personal, even to the point where it's biased.

이렇게 질문하려고 했는데 혼자 곰곰히 생각해보니, is not supposed to be fun이라고 하면 "내가 만든 콘텐츠는 재밌기 위한 것이 아니다! 그러니 보고 웃으면 안된다!"는 느낌이어서 사용하지 않는 것이 좋을 것 같은데 맞는 이유인가요?

네 맞습니다. 가령 엄마가 딸이 직장에 이쁜옷 입고 잘다니라고 말하려고 했는데, "그렇게 짧은 치마를 입고 회사를 가서 어떻게 사무를 보냐" 라고 고함을 질러 딸이 울적이게 만들었을 경우...I am sorry 딸아...you know the last thing I wanted to do was to yell at you 라고 적절하게 말할수 있습니다.
It means the mother wanted to tell the daughter to dress more professionally, encourage her to have a productive day at work, get along with her co-workers etc etc...and yelling at her was at the very bottom of the (imaginary) list...it was the last thing on her mind (she wasn't thinking it a all), but she ended up do it.
