Wow @LIGHT I had a screaming, raging radical acceptance that my children have left me and do not want me in their lives. I am done crying, being sad, feeling guilty. I was there for them for everything and when I was in trouble do to not fault of my own they left me for dead. So I guess they are happy, successful and it's time for me to enjoy my life and not keep myself in this low vibration of pain. I can't and won't do it anymore. When the shit truly hits the fan they are going to see who they kicked aside. For now I have to let it go and live my life just as they are living there's. They pushed too far..right out of their lives.

Everyone wants to try do something, even myself at times but we havent been doing anything and i can see how it slowly makes them realise they have to do it alone. The person who was keeping that going most died recently. Feeding the cycles of self pity. I really appreciate your side that theres some truths within. It can be difficult to face sometimes but i think what im getting there is that its a double edged sword that needed to cut both sides to get us to grow to where we are. Perfoming roles if you will which temper us to where we need to be. Experiences that shape us. I will have to see when the time is right to let those truths be spoken if needed but for now i dont really want to feed it or be involved.
