@KandyLovesOboe When playing Oboe, if you do get a range of motion into your playing, your tone improves as well as your volume. Just saying.

i completely agree -- WAY too much movement esp w/ the flutist. unfortunately that's pretty typical of all flute players...but not me! :)
lovely playing but I feel to much swaying is a bit offputting,
Less body movement the better in my humble opinion,
close your eyes
