Maybe she just overreacted because of her past experience before Wung --- that guy cheated on her, so that's understandable also. But Babi loves her so much. Their chemistry is insane. Let's see if the guy on the 3rd season is better. If not, then Yumi and Yu Babi should end up together. Please scriptwriter, make it happen.

WARNING: I write a lot. I’m sorry The thing about Babi, is that he lacks a sense of boundaries. He had no problem giving his jacket to Daeun, and giving her rides. Even when he first met Yumi, he had little regard for his, then gf and even Yumi’s relationship, as he had no problem calling Yumi “pretty”. The way he interacted with Yumi is way too friendly and free for a man who’s in a relationship, its like his heart was always open for Yumi, even though they just met. Sure there were parts in the conversation where he distanced himself in a respectful manner because he acknowledges his relationship, but overall, his heart was fully open towards Yumi. I would even say his heart was partially open for Daeun (not in the same way it was for Yumi though), explaining why he was so easily swayed (Babi does want to be faithful though, as he genuinely loves Yumi... but it contradicts the part of him that likes the idea of an exciting new relationship) You can see how conflicted he is when dealing with those types of feelings. When his cells lied to him when he asked them when exactly he first started falling for Yumi. Without even knowing it, he lies to Yumi. This shows the difference between him and Yumi. Right until he showed her "he wasn't a threat" by mentioning her umbrella, Yumi saw him as a DRAWING, showing how she is loyal THROUGH AND THROUGH, which explains why she has the rule/doesn’t like when her bf is easily swayed. The way he offered Yumi his jacket (as if her drunk bf, Woong wasn’t standing RIGHT THERE) also showed no regard or respect for the relationship she was in. (It’s funny and sad how the guy Woong was worried about eventually dated his (ex)gf 😭) I wrote way too damn much but it feels like I’m Yumi trying to explain why Saeyi is a literal snake, difficult for no damn reason

Now re-watching it, I feel like she broke up with both woong and babi for such childish reasons. She wanted that perfect relationship but it doesn't exist, and that was the main issue. Both guy were amazing but had flaws and despite loving them. we didn't get see them genuinely working things out. There was little to zero communication, too much things left unsaid in both relationships. However I'm glad she decided to focus on herself in the end after all, the biggest relationship she needed to work on was with herself so maybe she gets to try with someone else later.

I’ve never liked Babi, Woong is much better than him. Woong was always trustworthy and faithful. He was also hilarious and hot at the same time. In the second season we see him struggling because he has never forgotten his love for Yumi. What a pity. They were perfect together. Sorry I’m team Woong.
