i think jayce actually saw a future that was caused by viktor being fused with warwicks blood. think about it logically; the current viktor and his potential stopped at this village and these people, his power was finite. but by jayce killing viktor, it carves the path of him being resurrected by vanders apex shimmer blood, as singed spoke of. its highly likely that jayce killing viktor here, is what causes the future he saw. but as viktor said, knowledge is a paradox and the more one understands, the more vast his ignorance. it applies to jayce 100%, the amount of knowledge he acquired from seeing the future, it caused a massive amount of ignorance of what caused that future. jayce only thinks that viktor caused that future, but the current viktor isnt capable of that. but viktor with warwicks blood? do you see where this is going? jayce thought he was preventing that future, he created a paradox though, he IS the cause of that future. if he didnt kill viktor there, then viktor wouldnt need warwicks blood.

That final sequence was ART, the build up, the flashbacks with the unique art, the fact that there was no dialogue as Isha seemed to be mute, her using THREE gemstones, the same exact amount Powder used when she accidentally killed everyone back in season 1. Nice catch on Pat when he mentioned the 4th principle of Sacrifice that Ambessa mentioned earlier alludes exactly to this scene. The "pew" hand sign before the explosion, then Victor's monologue about the nature of humanity, absolute perfection. I have no doubt they'll perfect the end of this final season.
The nature of humanity here is our duality of man. The ability to do good and bad are two sides of the same coin. The reason why Ambessa is warmongering manipulator is for the sake of family. Singe does horrible experiments for the sake of his daughter. Both Jayce and Viktor saw the arcane, but saw it differently, the good and bad. Humans beings do horrible things for the sake of what we believe is right. Even we force to do good like peace and order which is a good thing but to some, see it as tyranny.
Vander stopped his path of violence because of his kids, silco wouldnt give up jinx for Zauns independence because jinx was his daughter, and now Isha is like jinx daughter so shes starting to change too. Symbolism.
Isha and jinx have a sister dynamic more so than a mother and daughter one. It’s emphasized so many times in the show and they even do a parallel with jinx showing her to look through the binoculars just like vi did with jinx in s1. I do agree that their relationship also parallels with the relationship vander and silco had though

Someone pointed out that through Jayce perspective you can see he doesn’t view the healed ppl as human but more alien looking kind of like a husk. Someone also said that what they call Victor to “The Herald” is more like someone who’s a forerunner for a bigger person, for example John the Baptist to Jesus.

That was literally what Ambessa told Singed to do. They left Singed alone with Vander not knowing how resilient he is, he literally just got back up and injected him to be able to use him as a weapon like Ambessa wanted.

Both of them were right about how things turned out, but for the wrong reasons. Heimerdinger knew Hextech was too dangerous, but he thought people made it dangerous, n not that magic itself was just dangerous. Singed knew that danger was going to come to the commune, but he thought Ambessa would succeed, not that Jayce would attack Viktor. They both have goals to save those around them, and both are going about it in the way they believe they have to.
