I actually think Michi planned on doing a Spirit Temple at some point but never got around to it unfortunately. I can only imagine how great it would have been, Michis style was so unique and worked so well for the temple vibes he worked with.

Michigun inspired me to stargrind back when I played on mobile and never was able to beat anything harder than TOE2. I got over 20,000 stars but lost that account, but that phase of my life is still important for me.

Man, this was a satisfying level to beat when I was working on beating this as my Top 5 hardest demon completions in the game! Great to see this level in the 12 Demons of Christmas, Michigun who was such a massive gd community figure showed a lot of support to everyone around, it was such a pleasure to have him in the game. You know I’ve just gotta say I remember when I was looking for my 30th demon and I wanted it to be a hard demon. I wasn’t sure what direction to take until I found Fire Temple. I remember grinding it out until I beat it and just the amount of motivation I gained from that level was insane. I went onto beat cataclysm and bloodbath a while later. Now my hardest demon is Phobos. Essentially what I’m saying is if it weren’t for michigun I would have never beaten those levels so I just want to show my appreciation for michigun and what he did for the community. You will be missed. You are a legend. Thank you for everything.
Died to penultimate triple on this, and despite finding the first ship a bit of a choke point I still LOVED my experience with this level. RIP Michi and well done to Dav for creating this masterpiece :D
