It is not very expensive to keep a sportage, maintaince cost is pretty average. However there could be little faults over a few years that can cost a little extra money.

Interior is outdated. AC coil malfunctioning is a known issue. KIA needs to rectify these issues

Yes that’s right, Sportage is outdated overall specially the interior.
Talking about the AC, most people don’t know how to use a climate control properly and that’s why every other car with climate control AC gets killed either it’s a Civic or Sportage. They do have bad air conditioners as well but not that bad.

@Irfan Khan people usually use climate control as their old conventional ACs (including my father) they set the temperature at the lowest and then just change the air flow, which is wrong in the long term as the AC has to work harder to maintain that 16 or 18 degrees.
You should set the temperature according to your need and also set the airflow according to that.
Just like the ACs in our homes.
