@@Pairedpassportz That's called common sense while making chapathi/puri restaurants add maida in wheat flour to enhance taste but the colour is little bit whitish or the one in your video ( similar to parota you can compare). but when you use only wheat flour it will be more brownish. Further it's easy to make puri that way which strech easily because of maida but not ideal. Simply saying it's easy to point out 🤷
