    I’ve had this pedestal fan for 2 yrs now plugged in, in my garage for 2 yrs non stop. Has worked since. Wish it was oscillating but it keeps my garage cool ever since I got it. I highly recommend it

    I just commented on the previous video on the 30 inch, but if you are comfortable with the smaller fan in a shop the size of yours, that is impressive. I have a one car garage (1969 style), and a fan like this should clean the dust off my tools!

    I bought the Stand Fan. Have had it for over a year and am still impressed with the performance. If you Do Not Block or Lock the wheels, It Will not stay where you put it. That is how strong the output is. If it did not have such a Wide base, it would probably flip over. It is Top heavy BTW. One hell of a motor on it. Kind of wish I had gotten the Box Version. Might still, and Park this is the back of my shop or the bay I rarely use. Just wish the Box Fan would tilt up or down.

    I'm going to spray paint my first bumper in the garage and I'm assuming the 24 inch fan will be enough to move paint fumes out. I'll just lower the garage door on top of it and have it blowing towards the street.

      Should work fine. You can put a filter on the back of the fan as well to catch some of the paint.

    My pedestal fan stops running every 5 minutes it shuts itself off and then turns on again for a bit. Has anyone experienced this? I have a buddy with the same fan in his garage and it doesn’t happen. I’m already passed the 90 day warranty.

      @@m2mdetail781 I unplugged it and opened the cover behind the motor and found a starter capacitor. I believe this maybe the issue. I found and ordered on Amazon 2 for $8. See if that helps. Of course after I ordered it I was in the garage all day yesterday and after a bit it ended up staying on the whole time. 🤣

      Do you mind me asking which one you bought and if you like it as I'm in the same dilemma especially since they are both on sale right now with a limit of 1.

    • @airspoon6
      @airspoon6 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@texasbtc it really depends on what your using it for. I own both of these and this is what I gotta say. The 24in is better for using it in any situation. You can use it inside, outside, anywhere as you can literally bring it anywhere your mind chooses to bring it. However if your just wanting to cool off one area and you plan on keeping it in that one area then the 30 inch one is definitely the better choice as it produces more airflow and is bigger overall. I prefer the 24inch as I can bring it from place to place with ease bringing airflow to anywhere I need it most at.

      You can’t go wrong with either fan. Just depends on your space and what you need. I got the big one in my garage it’s on low speed and keeps the whole garage ventilated

    if I buy an industrial fan and the cage flexes that much I'm returning it, buying a used vintage Dayton is the way to go, I got a 30 inch pedestal fan for free and it moves more air on low than any modern industrial pedestal fan can move on high, not even newer Dayton fans can compete, as I've beat the shit out of my old Dayton and it just keeps running
