As always envious of that weather, as of 8.49am Monday, here I'm afraid it's yet more dreary, grey, dull weather, topped off with lots of rain ! 😳. Hopefully a full Perico video is on the cards 🙂

Another great video and we have agreed that after nearly 3 years we should do the lakes tour. In Berlin for the Festival of Lights and back to Punta Prima on Tuesday. Nice to see the positive social media coverage particularly about Helen today. Well done ❤
Recently come across your videos, 👍 started with your advice on Spanish taxes, but slowly working our way through your back catalogue, we are seriously contemplating moving to Spain once we retire, probably in the Albox/ Arboleas area ( you seem to get more property for your buck there, be interested in you thoughts), keep the vid’s coming.

Great video. Week and a half and I'll be there. I'm staying in quesada, which beach would you recommend? Torrevieja or guardamar?
We're not beach people, as a rule. Both beaches are good, though, and both have decent restaurants and facilities nearby. Thanks for watching 👍
