Funny thing is that in the Marvel crossover of him and Spider-Man is that Mark told the same thing with Spider-Man, which was why he said that he already had this conversation.

They only told him hints of what the future is like, and when eve tells mark to tell her younger self he loves her or doesn’t love her, robot said(paraphrasing) “what did I say about messing with the space-time continuum” which would imply that eve didn’t get with mark in the future. I think they also mention how time travel was invented before they could dimension hop which is why he can go back in time.
