Parham-Lasham is approx.50km(31miles), we didn't land there so it was 100km(62miles) round trip and took 2hours...On the same day a pilot from Southdown Gliding club flew his single seat glider to Gainsborough and back to Parham a total distance flown of 561km(350miles) and took 7hours without an engine...now that's inspirational! Wonderful video! So fun to watch!!! :) Don't want to be critical but others watching this might get the idea that holding onto the release during tow is a good thing. Many instructors teach this but they are WRONG!!! If you hit a big bump from turbulence (which often happens on tow) you might accidentally pull the release. This has caused many accidents. Just keep your hand near the release. Don't want to preach but would hate to see the release go off at 30 meters. Great video! :)
Holding onto the release is what I do for the ground roll despite our airfield being quite bumpy and the first part of the a/t, as if the tug has a problem and decides to dump me, I'm ditching the rope below 500ft. Nice video though! DG505's are quite nice to fly!

A lot of airbrake movement there on final, try to be smoother next time. Otherwise cool video!
