Hello, how can I contact you? I have a situation that I think you will be able to help me with but I can’t find any contact information to reach you.
Excellent video by the way. Thank goodness there are people like you out there prepared to take on councils who seem to think they are a law onto themselves.
Please let me know how to get in touch. Thank you.

I got solicitors involved due to constant damp and mould and Council doing substandard repairs. The compensation I received was very low-cost and I do not trust that the Solicitor was being honest. I requested the Solicitors to send me proof of what the Council offered me for compensationation.
The solicitors said, which sounds dodgy that the offer from Council was not individual it was group offers and continued to refuse providing me proof.
How do I seek proof of what Council offered Solicitors as the solicitors took half, Which was the deal for no win no fee but the fact they refused to show me proof of the councils offer of compensation is very very strange! I believe that they took alot more than half but I couldnt prove it....

Insist on making a Subject Access Request and complain if they do not provide your data. If the complaint then doesn't lead to disclosure of your data, take it to the ICO

Heres a question for you Gav or Randolph. - How can you find out what legislation is primary and what one is secondary ?

Within housing Law most of it is primary but at certain points the primary legislation states that a particular issue will be clarified down the line, for example by a statutory instrument. So up until the last few years there were statutory instruments on suitability of accommodation and domestic abuse, but they effectively were then incorporated into the Homelessness Reduction Act and Domestic Abuse Act. It doesn't really make much difference in practice which is primary and which is secondary.

Also another one - Why is it that "legislation" only applies to companies and government ? and how can I prove this ?

Legislation doesn't just apply to companies and government as far as I know - is there a specific example you're thinking of?
