so i let my friend tried.. if the japanese dub works from him his from philippines.. saddly its only works if your in japan.. i dont know it works if you have a vpn

I think Sony might have made the JP voice audio only available to Japan/Asia.

but if you do that on steam u need to redownload the game and purchase again using the japan vpn ...

So from what I understand, the language is region-locked.
If you live in Japan, or close to Japan, you can use the Japanese dub.
If not, well you're shit out of luck unless Sony or Arrowhead releases a patch that allows it.
