One of the reasons why "Employee of the Month" is one of my favourite Spongebob episodes, is because I really enjoy seeing Spongebob and Squidward being enemies rather than him trying to force a "friendship" between them. They're more funny as a duo when they're competing against one another.
All these episodes are so iconic. My favorite is definitely "Employee of the Month." I love how competitive SpongeBob and Squidward get, and how unhinged both of them get in the process. The escalation followed by that explosive ending is so hilarious.
The funniest part about this episode is how Mr. Krabs is so overwhelmed by so much insanity from the two, that his mind doesn't have time to process everything that's going on around him for him to be mad or angry 😂😂😂
I remember when I first saw "Valentine's Day," it inspired me to work on creative gifts for the titular holiday itself. Also, just to point out, anchovies on SpongeBob don't just say "meep", for they do sometimes speak like everyone else. And yes, in "Employee of the Month", SpongeBob and Squidward definitely go too far to win the award. But what Squidward said at the beginning was true, the award is just something that encourages you to work harder for no extra money.
To be fair, spongebob had plenty of options that wouldve prevented Patrick rampage. Patrick was completely happy thinking a quarter was his present, and the latter was even starting to learn that it's the thought that counts before everyone came up with the presents spongebob gave them. Aside from the guy who just wanted the time that is. Heck, if Spongebob just said taking him to the Carnival was the gift Patrick probably would've been happy.

“The Chaperone” episode reminds of the middle school prom night. Everybody had a good time. But not for me. I don’t fit in the prom and I was too shy for it. I just moved on.
My stand on the valentines episode is that because SpongeBob built it up so much that of course Patrick was upset that it was just a handshake after their years of friendship. I do genuinely think that if SpongeBob didn’t get him anything and just took him to the carnival anyway he would’ve been fine.

Employee of The Month has to be my favorite from this recent reaction 🤣👏🏻💛, also congrats Clariss at 24:50 on being a first time employee of the month🎉🎊 and I don't know if this counts but back before covid I did some volunteer work at a local hospital I worked in the cafe then when it got replaced by Tim Horton's I worked at the front desk to give directions to patients then after that I quit to work for seasonal job at a local giant football stadium until they let me go due to covid then later on I received from the hospital a certificate for volunteer appreciation 😊

I think Sandy was the saving grace to the episode as she made things entertaining but Patrick REALLY annoyed me! And don't get me started on the ending where Patrick literally claimed nothing bad happened 🤦♂️ I can see why people like it but it just wasn't for me. Hope I won't get any attack replies. Also, this is basically Patrick in the modern episodes you're seeing.
