Here's some tips. when you go play you most likely want weapons and there's a chance a axe spawns upstairs and the metal bat is usually downstairs. the gas mask is a must need and spawns on the rack in the front doors and in both bathrooms. the backpack is also a must need and spawns upstairs, rack, and it most of the time spawns somewhere downstairs. the map is optional but you will need it for long term survival. the blueprint isn't the most useful as its like almost Impossible to get more duct tape. the toolbox is optional as you can get it when exploring the neighborhood but its still a optional item. you want to grab medkits whenever you can as they become scarce in late game when your playing multiplayer you want to have at least 1-2 people at the bunker at all times to make sure no mobs spawn and swarm you when you get back. trading isn't the most important but you might want it for less mob spawn and etc. Hopefully this helps.
