I appreciate that comment. This was the lineup I first saw and was absolutely leveled with how amazing it was. Currently it is still one of the best shows you can see with Carson and Julianna. But man that extra guitar brought it to another level.

Amazing but the absolute best live DR is his Trillums live shows. Amazing production of classic Country. This guy make breathtaking music in the Mosey genre.
He was at his best with the Trilliums ; he created in the time 2010 - 2014 a complete new country sound . A mix of modern , sixtees , traditional , and beautiful clever songs sung with his own voice and recorded brilliant . Now he is doing strange voices like in Southpark ............. The man must do what he wants but that was his best time.
Oh c'mon. Can't an artist have multiple periods of artistic creativity, and let all of them be judged on their own merits? I'm with everyone here who thinks right now is his best period. But I'm not gonna try to tell you that his country period with the Trilliums was somehow deficient. To each his own.
We all agree on the sound they've got, but can we talk about the stylistic choice of stage wear here!? I wish more bands took the "entertainer" image more seriously!
This is from Toulouse. However, Romano has done several gigs in Kristiansand where Knausgard grew up. Local promotor is big fan and has helped getting this up on you tube. Personal fave is Romano alone with an aucoustic guitar in Ravnedalen some years ago. Fantastic gig two weeks ago with the Outfit in local club. Love

meh. this was pre-Julianna. she's good but band both live and recorded generally was kinda better pre-Julianna. Exception perhaps for OK Wow.
